Shantou Chaonan Branch plans to build two large and small conference rooms, mainly including conference systems and supporting audio and video equipment, including display systems, sound reinforcement systems, and video conference terminals.

(1) LED display screen

One LED display screen, video processing equipment, box and other supporting equipment on the podium, using P1.86 LED full-color display screen, with a display size of approximately 2670mm wide and 1500mm high, mainly used for daily meeting display, can display video conference near end and far end images, PPT presentations.

(2) Auxiliary display screen

The auxiliary display screen adopts one 90 inch TV to supplement the audience's visual blind spots, expand the display effect, and meet the needs of the conference.

(3) Conference room amplification system

The conference room amplification system adopts a combination architecture of multiple speakers, mainly including speakers, amplifiers, audio processors, feedback suppressors, wireless microphones, conference microphones, and other equipment. It not only needs to meet the needs of speech pickup in the venue, the sound field coverage of the entire venue, but also needs to ensure the communication security of the conference.

(4) Video conferencing terminal system

Create a new set of video conferencing terminal system, consisting of video conferencing terminals and dedicated cameras. The camera supports high-definition 1080P resolution, wall mounted installation, and comes with a movable triangular bracket.

(5) Meeting equipment for small conference rooms

The small conference room is mainly equipped with one 98 inch commercial display screen, which is suitable for daily small work meetings.
